Beginners Yoga is a slower-paced class that focuses on alignment, flexibility, and mindful movement.

Welcoming people of all ages, especially those dealing with physical challenges, past injuries, or who wish to ease back into fitness.

Goals of this class include improving range of motion, strength, and posture.

Taught by a certified personal trainer, Yoga teacher, and Pilates instructor. Donation based, 60 minutes.
