Do you train out of any physical gyms?
Yes we do! Our list of gyms rotates based on need. Also, as Owner David Lyman is fond of saying, “The Earth is a gym!” Meaning: A room with weights is not the only option to give you a challenging, well-rounded workout. Most clients find they prefer training out of their own home or building gym for the convenience and efficiency. Others enjoy meeting in a park or public space on their lunch hour. Contact us for ideas in your area!
What if I don't have space?
You may be surprised at what we can accomplish in even a small space. If you have room for a yoga mat, we can train you. If not, please inquire so we can find another location close to you.
How far will you travel?
See our service area. Our trainers are based primarily in the Downtown, Capitol Hill, and South Lake Union neighborhoods of Seattle, but can travel to any neighborhood in the greater Seattle area. A long distance travel rate may be assessed; please inquire for more info. After an initial home gym setup and equipment lesson, Skype training is also available.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance or you will be charged the full rate for the session. Thanks for understanding that our trainers have clients after you, and therefore cannot extend your session time if you arrive late.
Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, credit cards, or Paypal.
Do you accept tips?
No, we do not accept tips. The beauty of choosing a trainer-owned company is that 100% of your fee goes directly to the trainer (less taxes and administrative fees), so there is no need to tip!
