Which class is right for you?


  • Mondays 10-11 AM PST
  • Perfect if you’re trying yoga for the first time, returning to yoga after a break, or working around injuries or inflexibility.


  • Thursdays 9:30-10 AM PST
  • Gently build up core and abdominal strength. All classes are taught 100% on the floor.


  • Saturdays 10-10:45 AM PST
  • Challenge your core while building on pilates fundamentals. Modifications are provided so class is accessible to a variety of fitness levels. All classes are taught 100% on the floor.


  • Daily (you choose the time)
  • Private session (one-on-one, pair, or private group) individualized for your body’s specific needs, strengths, and goals. Private yoga and pilates also available. Train outdoors in Seattle or virtually.
