Inclement weather announcement:

So far we’re only seeing light flurries, but more snow is in the forecast for Seattle in the next several days!

The hill we’re based on tends to get icy, so if the snow starts to stick, there’s a chance we may need to reschedule some appointments or switch them to virtual sessions.

However, no matter how much snow accumulates, if we can *walk* to your house in shoe-chains, we’re game to train outdoors if you are!!
