Bosu Challenge

Had to try out the #BosuChallenge for myself…

My verdict: Surprisingly fun!

Certainly there are more challenging ways to work on shoulder stability, but as I always say, the best exercises are the ones you’ll actually do!

I recommend doing a few “push-up plusses” beforehand to warm up.

Psssssst, parents trying to occupy your kids:

Slightly over-inflate your Bosu. It makes it way more challenging.
