Progressive Gym’s third annual boot camp in the park returns this May and June!
Join us for a FREE five-week, drop-in series that will develop your endurance, challenge your core, and improve muscle tone, just in time for beach season!
…Meaning, of course, just in time for beach running, beach volleyball, and swimming at the beach, because all bodies are beautiful and swimwear-ready as-is! 🙂
This series is open to all levels of fitness, with modifications provided so everyone can get their pump on! Each week the workout will be progressively harder than the previous week. If you complete the entire workout on week five, you are officially a warrior!

We suggest bringing a water bottle, athletic attire or clothes you can move in, and a yoga mat. (If you have forgotten your mat, extra mats are available on a first come, first served basis. A thick beach towel will also work in a pinch!)
