David is a jack-of-all-trades in the fitness world. Besides being a trained Yoga and Pilates teacher, he loves helping people at every leg of their fitness journeys, from restoring functional stability after injury to maximizing power in elite athletes. He works with youth sports players to maintain their fitness in the off-season, as well as with seniors regaining independence and an active lifestyle. He leads corporate health trainings and summer boot camps in the park. He has taught nearly every type of fitness class offered at the gyms where he has contracted. He even “coaches the coaches,” having served as Fitness Director over a team of trainers at a Pilates and TRX studio in Seattle. Whatever your goal, David’s passion is helping you achieve it, and having fun along the way.

In his personal time, David enjoys 100+ mile bicycle rides and has completed the STP, RSVP, and several international bicycle tours. He is a marathon runner and open-water swim triathlete. He recently spent a year in Honolulu working at a health club and studying advanced fitness techniques. He has performed in bellydance troupes and as a titled member of Seattle’s drag scene. His successful recovery from foot, ankle, knee, and shoulder injuries led him to develop a lifelong commitment to proper movement patterns, and an obsession with helping others overcome the challenges holding them back from the fit and healthy lifestyles they aspire to lead.
