Why do I need a personal trainer?

To be the best you can be! Will your routine efficiently meet your goals? Do you push yourself to achieve goals at the expense of health needs? It is hard to see your own weaknesses. Perhaps you have a fitness routine that works for you in the short term, but in the long term, are you headed for injury?

Do you train out of any physical gyms?

The best place to train is in your home, because your home gym equipment can remind you daily to exercise. Also, a home gym is unavoidable! It takes no time at all to get to the gym! If you have room for a yoga mat, we can train you. If there is not room in your home or apartment, we will find a space for you near your home. Please inquire to find the location nearest to you. Keep in mind that a room with weights is not the only optionā€¦ The Earth is a gym! The park with your friends is a gym! We will work out in the location most convenient and fun for you.

Do you offer discounts or packages?

Commit to your long-term training! Personal Training 5-packs are are $350 for a 5-session package.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

To avoid scheduling difficulties, please cancel more than 24 hours in advance or you will be charged the full rate for the session.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, cards or PayPal.

How far do you travel?

We are based primarily in the Downtown, Capitol Hill and South Lake Union neighborhoods of Seattle but will travel anywhere in the Puget Sound Area. Rates are higher for long distance travel. Once we set up a home gym for you and complete our first personal training session, Skype training is also available.
