Boot Camp

Our fourth annual boot camp in the park returns this Memorial Day 2019!

Join us for a FREE four-week, drop-in series that will develop your endurance, challenge your core, and improve muscle tone, just in time for beach season! ...Meaning, of course, just in time for beach running, beach volleyball, and swimming at the beach, because all bodies are beautiful and swimwear-ready-as-is! 🙂 This series is open to all levels of fitness (beginner, intermediate, advanced) with modifications provided so everyone can get their pump on safely.

We’ll meet at Cal Anderson Park at the rink behind the tennis courts. We suggest bringing a water bottle, athletic attire, and a yoga mat. If you have forgotten your mat, extras are available on a first come, first served basis. A thick beach towel will also work in a pinch! Call or text David at 425-654-1364 with questions.
